For WordPress sites that earn with Amazon Associates
Your post links five products. Let readers search the rest.
Add one shortcode and your readers can search Amazon without leaving your post. Every product they click carries your Associate tag.

These results come from sample products, not from Amazon. On your site the same box shows live Amazon results, each tagged with your Associate ID.
Put one product in its own box, right where it fits in a post. Find it with the search, save it with one click and place it with a shortcode.
A sample product, shown in each of the three box layouts. On your site the box shows the product you picked, with your Associate ID on the link.
Side-by-side tables for your "X vs Y" and best-of posts. Add products straight from the search results and name a winner. On phones the table scrolls sideways instead of squashing.
Sample products, shown in three of the table's layouts. On your site the table holds the products you chose, and every link carries your Associate ID.
Analytics shows what readers search for and which products they click, in a dashboard in your WordPress admin. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal data.
Get it running in 3 steps
- Install it In wp-admin, go to Plugins > Add New and search "Paapi". That's the plugin's name on WordPress.org.
- Connect to Amazon Start with our Managed API (Beta), which returns live Amazon product results without setting up your own Amazon API credentials yet. Or connect your own Creators API credentials.
-
Add the shortcode
Add
[psfa_search]to a post your readers already visit.
You'll need a free Amazon Associates account, so commissions are tagged to you.
What plain links miss
- Your reader wanted a different one
- You reviewed one blender. They wanted the cheaper model, so they opened Amazon in a new tab and bought it there, without your link. With a search box on the page, they look it up right there, and the click carries your tag.
- Links go stale
- A product you linked last year sells out or gets pulled, and a dead link earns nothing. It can be months before you notice.Search results come from Amazon when the reader searches, so there's no old link to go stale.
- ASIN hunting eats your evenings
- Every product box starts with finding an ASIN, pasting it in and checking later that it still works.A search box needs no list. The reader types what they want and gets live Amazon results.
What it doesn't do
On the Managed API (Beta), product cards don't show a price. Each one has a "Check price on Amazon" button instead. And on the free plan, the Managed API (Beta) stops at 20 searches a day and 600 a month.
Before you install
Is this allowed by Amazon?
PaapiPlugin is third-party software. It isn't made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Amazon. Every product link carries your own Associate tag, and you stay responsible for following the Amazon Associates Program rules on your site, the same as with any plugin.
Will it slow my site down?
The search interface is rendered ahead of time, so it shows up with the page. Searches are cached for 30 minutes and product data for an hour, which keeps repeat searches quick.
Does it work with my theme and the block editor?
Yes. It's a shortcode, so it works in any theme. In the block editor, paste [psfa_search] into a Shortcode block. In the classic editor, paste it straight into the post.
Is free really free? What are the caps?
Yes. The free plugin on WordPress.org is the real plugin, not a trial. It includes live search with autocomplete, 5 Amazon categories and up to 50 products per search. On the Managed API (Beta), the free tier is 20 searches a day and 600 a month.
Why don't Managed API cards show prices?
On the Managed API (Beta), each card has a "Check price on Amazon" button instead of a price. Your reader sees the current price on Amazon when they click. If you connect your own Creators API credentials, cards show prices.
What happens if I cancel?
Premium and the add-ons renew once a year, and you can cancel anytime. The free plugin stays free on WordPress.org. If you hit an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we can't fix it, ask within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
What it costs
The plugin is free on WordPress.org. Premium is $39/yr for one site, $69 for three or $99 for unlimited sites. Product Boxes, Comparison Tables and Analytics are $19/yr add-ons, and each one needs Premium.
