How much does PaapiPlugin cost?
PaapiPlugin is free on WordPress.org and the free version is fully functional, not a trial. Premium is $39/year per site with no setup fee, and three optional addons (Product Boxes, Comparison Tables, Analytics) are $19/year each and each require Premium. Premium also includes our Managed Amazon API (currently in Beta): real-time Amazon search with no PA-API approval required and 1200 managed-API searches per month. The free tier includes 20 managed-API searches per day. Subscriptions are year-to-year, you can cancel anytime, and we offer a 100% refund if the plugin is unusable and we cannot resolve the issue.

Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if you ever decide that Paapi Product Search for Amazon isn't the best plugin for your business, simply cancel your account from your Account panel.
Do I get updates for the premium plugin?
Yes! Automatic updates to our premium plugin are available free of charge as long as you stay our paying customer.
What's the time span for your contracts?

Do I need Amazon API credentials?
No. Our Managed Amazon API (Beta, included in Free and Premium) runs real-time Amazon search without a Product Advertising API approval or AWS keys. You still add your own Amazon Associate tag so commissions flow to you, and you can keep using your own PA-API or Creators API credentials instead. What is the difference between managed and bring-your-own credentials?
Managed means we operate the Amazon connection for you, so you skip Amazon's 10-sale PA-API gate and get search working in about 30 seconds. Bring-your-own means you supply your own Creators API or PA-API credentials and your site calls Amazon directly, with no monthly quota on our side. What happens if I exceed my managed-API quota?
Free includes 20 searches/day and 600/month on the Managed API; Premium includes 1200 searches/month. Cached results on your site do not count against your quota. If you exceed it, searches return a clear "quota reached" message and the plugin offers a one-click switch to your own credentials so your site keeps working. Learn more on our Managed API page.
Which storefront search filters work on the Managed API?
Brand, price, deals, and savings filters work on every plan. The Condition, Merchant, and In-Stock filters and the Newest Arrivals and Featured sorts are not available on the Managed API, because Amazon's managed search data does not include that per-item information.
