7.2 Third-Party Content
Product data, images, and information displayed through the plugin belong to Amazon and their respective owners. You must comply with Amazon's trademark and branding guidelines.
7.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any custom configurations, styling, or content you create using our plugin.
8. Amazon Product Data Disclaimer
Product information displayed through our plugin comes from one of two paths. On the bring-your-own-credentials paths, product data (including prices, availability, sales rankings, Prime eligibility, and discounts) is retrieved from Amazon's Creators API or Product Advertising API (PA-API) using your own credentials. On the Managed API (Beta) path, product data comes from a third-party product-data provider. It does not come from Amazon's official Creators API or PA-API, and some fields that depend on a direct Amazon connection are not shown. Whichever path you use, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Data may be cached or delayed: On any path, product data shown by the plugin may not reflect real-time information on Amazon's website.
- Accuracy is not guaranteed: While we display data exactly as it is provided by the data source for your path, this data may differ from what appears on Amazon's website at any given time.
- Users should verify before purchase: We recommend that end users always verify product details, prices, and availability directly on Amazon before making a purchase.
- No liability for data discrepancies: We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the data displayed by our plugin and the actual information on Amazon's website.
